Question Number 1514 Question: on a first trimester endovaginal scan ultrasound a) an adnexal mass in patients with a positive b-hCG who have no sonographic evidence of an intrauterine pregnancy is likely to be due to an ectopic pregnancy b) in a threatened abortion at 8 weeks gestation demonstration of cardiac activity suggests a risk of subsequent fetal demise of less than 5% c) Normal gestational sac growth is over 1 mm per day. d) the bladder should be seen in all normal fetuses by 12 weeks e) an ovarian cyst with internal septations is most likely to be a dermoid cyst
