 Question Number 0785 Question: A 53 year old man has a history of femoral-popliteal reconstruction on the left leg. He complains of severe left limb pain. On examination ulcers are noted on the shin. There is no dorsalis pedis pulse. There is skin tenderness, swelling and redness. The patient is febrile. Swollen glands are noted in the groin. Appropriate treatment would include: a) intra-arterial vasodilator b) Chemical sympathectomy c) Calcium channel Blockers d) balloon angioplasty e) Antibiotics
