 Question Number 0765 Question: A young man is brought in after a motor vehicle accident. His respiratory rate is around 40, and the patient is mildly distressed Feeling the chest you notice a lot of crepitus on the right side (which is very painful), and one large segment seems to be moving paradoxically (indrawing when the chest expands, and vice versa). His oxygen saturation is 98% An appropriate management would include a) epidural analgesia b) Pulmonary artery embolisation c) Bronchial Arterial Embolization d) Aminophylline e) Methyprednisolone intravenously
