 Question Number 0768 Question: A nine year old with left leg pain is found to have a lesion in his rib. Biopsy shows sheets of hyperchromatic cells with round to oval nuclei, high nuclear to cytoplasmic ratios and scant cytoplasm. Cytoplasmic glycogen is detected by periodic acid schiff stain. There is immunopositivity to vimentin and the MIC2 gene product. These features suggest: a) Neuroblastoma Congenital b) Osteoid Osteoma c) Histiocytosis X d) Tuberculosis e) Ewing Sarcoma
