 Question Number 0762 Question: A 65 year old patient has a chronic cough. A chest x-ray demonstrates upper zone fibrosis and hilar lymphadenopathy. The respiratory physician is not sure whether the patient's symptoms are secondary to tuberculosis or sarcoidosis.
