 Question Number 0702 Question: A 42 year old man has a one year history of proptosis of his left eye and diplopia. He has a medical condition which is well controlled with carbimazol. Fundus examination reveals a normal disc and macula. A visual fields examination reveals a dense superior arcuate scotoma suggestive of an optic neuropathy. CT shows enlargement of the inferior, medial, and superior rectus muscles. The extraocular muscles appear normal. A likely diagnosis is a) Kawasaki's disease b) ophthalmic artery obstruction c) Lyme disease d) thyroid ophthalmohathy e) cluster headache
