A Chest X-ray demonstrates bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy and upper-lobe parenchymal changes consistent with fibrosis. There is a left apex ovoid soft-tissue density mass with a surrounding thin rim of air An appropriate management would include a) epidural analgesia b) Pulmonary artery embolisation c) Bronchial Arterial Embolization d) Aminophylline e) Methyprednisolone intravenously
