A 30-year-old woman, gravida 2, para 1, came to the hospital at an estimated 31 weeks' gestation with fever, dry cough, right costovertebral tenderness, and uterine contractions for the past 2 days. She is noted to have a muco-curtaneous vesicular rash. On further questioning she admits that one week prior to this visit on she had been holding a child helping her friend. The child had a runny nose and was febrile. The following day the child developed chicken pox pustules. Treatment may include:
a) fluorine analogue of cytosine
b) Acyclovir
c) a drug that stimulates central alpha2 -receptors
d) isoniazid and rifampin
e) methotrexate
