 Question Number 0745 Question: A 30 year old male is brought to the Casualty department following a severe traffic accident in which he was a front seat passenger. He wore no seatbelt and struck the dashboard on impact. On examination he is noted to have extensive bruising around his knee joints. He was noted to have a right footdrop and his right leg was seen to be rotated inward . These features are suggestive of a) Subtrochanteric fracture b) Posterior Hip Dislocation c) Anterior Hip Dislocation d) femoral neck fracture e) intertrochanteric fracture
