 Question Number 0770 Question: A 15 year old has hyperkyphosis that doesn't reverse with hyperextension. Lateral x-rays of the thoracic spine reveal a thoracic kyphosis of 60 degrees and wedging > 5 deg of three adjacent vertebrae. The apex of the deformity is at the level of T7. Prominent end plate erosion is noted with irregularity & flattening of the vertebral end-plates and narrowing of the vertebral disc spaces. These imaging features suggest suggest: a) Ankylosing Spondylitis b) Scheuermann Disease c) Enteropathic Arthritis d) Spondylolysis e) spondylolisthesis
