 Question Number 0608 Question: A neonate is noted to have a unilateral orbital axial proptosis and secondary conjunctival chemosis and exposure keratopathy. Investigations reveal orbital enlargment without a bony defects with encasement of the optic nerve by a mass. Otherwise the newborn is a healthy, full-term infant. Histology following surgical resection reveals a multilobulated heterogeneous mass, with focal punctate calcification and fatty regions. A likely diagnosis is : a) Pseudotumor b) orbital teratoma c) Optic neuritis d) sarcoidosis e) Optic glioma
