 Question Number 0524 Question: A 57 year old man of Caribbean origin has had an eruption of flat, red, itchy, well-circumscribed patches on his skin in sun-shielded areas. These patches have now grown and are clearly visible and palpable and he is embarassed about them and visits a dermatologist. On examination the dermatologist notes palpable nodes throughout the body. These features should raise a particular suspicion of a) Burkitt lymphoma b) acute lymphoblastic leukemia c) mycosis fungoides d) hairy cell leukemia e) acute myelogenous leukemia
