A 30 year old African man has persistent orbital swelling

 Question Number 0605 Question: A 30 year old African man has persistent orbital swelling. His chest X-ray and Serum ACE levels on this presentation are normal. A conjunctival peritomy was performed and yellowish nodular material present was biopsied. Histopathologically, the orbital tissue revealed multiple noncaseating granulomas and multinucleated giant cells. Special stains for acid fast organisms and fungi were negative. A likely diagnosis is a) Pseudotumor b) orbital teratoma c) Optic neuritis d) sarcoidosis e) Optic gliomas
