 Question Number 0461 Question: 26 year old male has acute left loin pain radiating to the left groin. Urinalysis reveals puria. He undergoes an intravenous urogram which reveals collections of contrast medium in dilated papillary collecting ducts of both the right and left kidneys. Both kidneys are enlarged.
