 Question Number 0305 Question: A 2 year old has a chronic cough. A frontal radiograph reveals hyperinflation of the left hemithorax. Bilateral decubitus views were obtained. They showed that the right lung becomes appropriately atelectatic with decubitus positioning. However, the left side shows no change in appearance with decubitus positioning.
