 Question Number 0142 Question: A forty year old male develops inebriation, blindness and severe abdominal colic. On examination there is hyperemia of the optic disks. He is in shock and has a a formaldehyde odor on his breath. Tests show him to be in acidosis and have hypoglycemia.
