A normal sinus rhythm would have a rate of 60-100 beats per minute. With sinus tachycardia the heart rate would be greater than 100. Sinus arrhythmia would show an irregular rhythm associated with respiration. In a junctional rhythm normal P waves would not be present and the heart rate would be 40-60 beats per minute.
